Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

At Gagequipment.shop, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for eligible products purchased through our website, how to submit a warranty claim, and the limitations of warranty service.

By purchasing a product from Gagequipment.shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the relevant product page, many eligible products sold by Gagequipment.shop include a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty coverage begins on the product’s confirmed delivery date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Warranty coverage is available only for products purchased directly through Gagequipment.shop. Proof of purchase is required.

Products Eligible for Warranty Coverage

Warranty availability may vary depending on the type of product.

Customers should review the relevant product page, product documentation, and order information to confirm whether a product includes warranty coverage.

Products identified as final sale, clearance, consumable, disposable, or excluded from warranty coverage may not qualify unless they were defective at delivery or applicable law provides otherwise.

What the Warranty Covers

Subject to inspection, verification, and approval, this Limited Warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects;

  • Defects in materials or workmanship;

  • Structural defects under normal residential use;

  • Defective factory-installed components;

  • Defective factory-installed electrical components, where applicable;

  • Defective factory-installed control systems, where applicable;

  • Engine-component defects, where applicable;

  • Transmission or drive-system defects, where applicable;

  • Cutting-component or cutting-deck defects, where applicable; and

  • Product failures caused by a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

Coverage applies only when the product has been used, stored, assembled, and maintained according to the instructions provided with it.

Available Warranty Remedies

If a product is confirmed to have a covered manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, Gagequipment.shop may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Troubleshooting assistance;

  • Repair of the product;

  • Replacement of the defective component;

  • Replacement of the complete product when appropriate;

  • A comparable replacement product;

  • Store credit, with the customer’s agreement; or

  • A full or partial refund when repair or replacement is not practical.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, cost, and applicable law.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or performance issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, fading, or paint damage that do not affect normal operation;

  • Routine maintenance;

  • Improper assembly or installation;

  • Improper use or operation;

  • Improper storage;

  • Failure to follow instructions or safety guidance;

  • Neglect, abuse, or misuse;

  • Accidents or impact damage;

  • Flood, fire, storms, or natural disasters;

  • Commercial, industrial, rental, municipal, or institutional use unless specifically covered;

  • Racing or competitive use;

  • Unauthorized repairs or service;

  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications;

  • Incorrect or contaminated fuel, where applicable;

  • Lack of proper lubrication, where applicable;

  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance;

  • Corrosion caused by environmental exposure or improper storage;

  • Damage occurring during transportation after confirmed delivery;

  • Use of incompatible accessories, attachments, or replacement parts;

  • Power surges or incorrect electrical connections;

  • Damage caused by pests, animals, chemicals, or environmental conditions; or

  • Continued use after a defect or problem becomes apparent.

Normal Wear Items

Components that naturally wear out through regular use are generally not covered unless they are found to be defective at delivery.

Wear items may include:

  • Blades;

  • Belts;

  • Tires;

  • Wheels;

  • Spark plugs;

  • Air filters;

  • Fuel filters;

  • Oil filters;

  • Engine oil and other lubricants;

  • Batteries;

  • Cables;

  • Grass-collection bags;

  • Mulching plugs;

  • Plastic trim;

  • Rubber components;

  • Cutting lines;

  • Chains;

  • Handles or grips; and

  • Other consumable or maintenance components.

The inclusion of a component on this list does not mean that every product sold by Gagequipment.shop contains that component.

Residential Use

The coverage described in this policy applies primarily to products used for normal residential gardening, lawn care, and outdoor-maintenance purposes.

Commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, or rental use may reduce or exclude warranty coverage unless the relevant product page expressly states that such use is covered.

Warranty Claim Period

A warranty claim must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products include a:

2-Year Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date shown by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

Submitting a claim before the warranty period expires does not automatically guarantee approval. Claims remain subject to inspection and verification.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, contact our Customer Support Team at support@gagequipment.shop.

Please provide:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Product name and model;

  • Serial number, if available;

  • Delivery or purchase date;

  • A detailed description of the issue;

  • Clear photos showing the problem;

  • Videos demonstrating the issue, when applicable; and

  • Information about how the product was used and maintained.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us evaluate claims more efficiently.

Warranty Review and Inspection

A warranty claim may require:

  • Troubleshooting with our support team;

  • Photographs of the product and affected components;

  • A video demonstration of the issue;

  • Proof of maintenance, when relevant;

  • Inspection by a qualified technician;

  • Return of the defective component; or

  • Return of the complete product.

Warranty approval is subject to verification that:

  • The product is covered by this policy;

  • The claim was submitted within the warranty period;

  • The reported issue is a covered manufacturing defect; and

  • The damage was not caused by an excluded condition.

Customers must not dismantle, repair, modify, or return a product unless instructed to do so by our Customer Support Team.

Troubleshooting

Before authorizing a return, repair, or replacement, we may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

These steps may include:

  • Confirming correct assembly;

  • Reviewing product instructions;

  • Checking connections or controls;

  • Providing photos or videos;

  • Confirming maintenance history; or

  • Testing a replacement component.

Troubleshooting helps determine the cause of the issue and identify the most appropriate resolution.

Repair or Replacement

When a warranty claim is approved, Gagequipment.shop will determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

We may:

  • Send replacement parts;

  • Arrange or authorize a repair;

  • Replace the product;

  • Offer a product with comparable features and value;

  • Provide store credit with the customer’s consent; or

  • Issue a refund when repair or replacement is not reasonably practical.

Replacement products or components may not be identical to the original but should provide reasonably comparable functionality.

Shipping During Warranty Service

If warranty service requires a product or component to be returned, our Customer Support Team will provide instructions.

Depending on the approved claim, Gagequipment.shop may:

  • Provide a prepaid return-shipping label;

  • Arrange freight pickup for oversized equipment;

  • Request that only the defective component be returned; or

  • Provide another appropriate return method.

Customers must not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or sent to the wrong location.

If a claim is confirmed as covered, Gagequipment.shop will generally be responsible for reasonable return-shipping costs associated with the approved warranty service.

Replacement Products and Parts

A replacement product or part supplied under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

The replacement remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any minimum period required by law.

Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent where permitted by law and appropriate for the claim.

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:

  • Follow the product manual and instructions;

  • Use the product only for its intended purpose;

  • Perform recommended routine maintenance;

  • Use recommended fuel, oil, lubricants, and supplies where applicable;

  • Store the product in a clean, dry, and appropriate location;

  • Keep the product reasonably clean;

  • Replace maintenance and wear items when necessary;

  • Follow applicable safety requirements; and

  • Stop using the product if continued operation could cause additional damage.

Failure to maintain or use a product properly may affect warranty eligibility.

Replacement Parts and Accessories

Only compatible replacement parts and accessories should be used.

Damage caused by incompatible, modified, improperly installed, or unsuitable aftermarket components may not be covered.

Using a third-party component does not automatically void all warranty coverage. However, damage directly caused by that component may be excluded where permitted by law.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Repairs or modifications made without authorization may affect warranty coverage if they cause or contribute to the reported issue.

Contact our Customer Support Team before arranging a repair or modifying a product for which you may seek warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gagequipment.shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Loss of business or profits;

  • Loss of product use;

  • Improper or unsafe product use;

  • Failure to follow instructions;

  • Unauthorized modifications; or

  • Damage unrelated to a covered manufacturing defect.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable federal, state, or local consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any mandatory warranty or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
